Ryan Drake Founder & CEO: Ryan brings a multidimensional leadership background shaped by roles in corporate finance, technology, and credit union strategy. After earning his BBA in Finance from Boise State University, he held positions ranging from record-setting computer builder to Cost and Asset Accountant. His transition into the credit union space marked over a decade of CFO leadership and four and a half years as CEO across two institutions, where he redesigned accounting departments, led balance sheet strategy, and cultivated high-performing teams. He also served as interim CIO while maintaining CFO responsibilities—demonstrating his ability to lead across disciplines with precision and vision. Sheryl Drake VP of Operations Consulting Sheryl has dedicated her career to understanding people and the systems that support them. With a gift for reading social dynamics and aligning motivation with personality, she brings deep insight into organizational behavior and team development. Her lifelong commitment to public service informs her approach to operational consulting—grounded in empathy, clarity, and transformation.
